As you can see, I have video previews of my project. For some reason I did not like Youtube for that, and I choose Vimeo. The problem with my choice is having 1GB of upload for free. Like most developers that prefer something for free, when I reached the limit imposed by Vimeo, I wrote a video compressor. I record my screen on a mac and a video takes some memory, but after a compression it has less that 25% of the initial size. This was good, but because the limit of my upload was almost reached, I compressed all my existing videos as well. I did this using ffmpeg but after that I thought to make a node api for that, for simpler use. Just upload your big file and download the compressed size. Or change the video type, why not. This project is open source.
